Real-time web freight claim management solution designed to increase efficiency and cost savings to Freight Claim practitioners

Contracts were signed with InFocus, Head/Penn Racquet Sports and Transportation Claims Management Inc. The web site features an online claim processing application designed with many of the technologies built into EZ-Claim 2000, which has set the standard for claim management software. The site has been used for on-line transactions as of July 1, 2002.
Jerrod Slaughter, transportation manager at InFocus Corp. , a Wilsonville, Oregon, and a manufacturer of high-end projection equipment said that this application is the solution to global visibility of claims from his three distribution sites, two international sites and one in Oregon. "The system is on-line, real-time. We can input information and generate reports anytime and anywhere we want. It is user-friendly and claims submissions on the web will maximize claim accuracy and minimize our office workload while increasing payment response time". Head/Penn Racquet Sports is an industry leader in leisure time equipment and clothing based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Jeff Fogel, materials management at Head/Penn said that fully integrated claims information system will minimize duplicate data entry and strengthen management over his claims process. Transportation Claims Management out of Nashville, TN purchased a web license to process and manage their clients freight claims off their servers based in Michigan.
