Lookup Reports

All Lookup Reports include the same information: Code, Display, Updated By, and Last Update. You can print a Lookup Listing report for any of the lookup values. These reports also provide a range option for the display, allowing you to generate a report for specific lookup values.

Running Lookup Reports

1. Click the Reports group button.

2. Click the Lookup Reports button. The Lookup Reports page opens.

3. Click the report you want to run. The Report Criteria dialog box opens.

4. In the Code From and Code To boxes, select a range for the code. You can leave these boxes blank to print all.

5. Select the Delivery Format from the list.

6. Click the Run button. The report opens in the selected delivery format. You can review the reports and print them.
