Graphs Reports


The reports described below are restricted to those who have management access.
Bar Graph - Carriers with Greatest Claims Value
This report provides a graphical representation of the top ten carriers with the respect to the value of the claims filed. Each company has a one page graphical summary of the value of the claims filed, by carrier. The report provides record selection options for the Company, Created Date and Status Code.
Bar Graph - Carriers with Most Filed Claims
This report provides a graphical representation of the top ten carriers with the respect to the number of claims filed. Each company has a one page graphical summary of the number of claims filed, by carrier. The report provides record selection options for the Company, Created Date and Status Code.
Running Graph - Carriers Reports
These instructions are for running the Bar Graph - Carriers with Greatest Claims Values and the Bar Graph - Carriers with Most Filed Claims reports. The following steps are an overview of printing the reports. Not all reports will have the boxes.
1. Click the Reports group button.
2. Click the Graphs Reports button. The Graph Reports page opens.

3. Click the Bar Graph - Carriers report you want to run. The Report Criteria dialog box opens.

4. In the Company From and Company To boxes, enter a range of company names. You can enter complete names, partial names, or just letters, such as A to M. You can leave these boxes blank to print all companies.
5. Enter a range of dates in the Created Date From and Created Date To boxes. These ranges are inclusive, dates that are either equivalent to, or between the Created Date From and Created Date To values, are included in the report. The default is a one year range.
6. Select the Status from the list or leave blank for all.
7. Select the Delivery Format from the list.
8. Click the Run button. The report opens in the selected delivery format. You can review the reports and print them.
Running Bar Graph - Claim Loss Reports
These instructions are for running the Bar Graph - Claim Loss by Reason/Company report. Bar Graph - Claim Loss by Reason/Region. Bar Graph - Claim Loss by Ship Date/Company. and the Bar Graph - Claim Loss by Ship reports. The following steps are an overview of printing the reports. Not all reports will have the boxes.
1. Click the Reports group button.
2. Click the Graphs Reports button. The Graph Reports page opens.

3. Click the Graph - Claim Loss report you want to run. The Report Criteria dialog box opens.

4. Select the company or regions (depending on the report you are running) for the report.
In the Company (Multiple) box, select the company. To select more than one company, hold the CTRL key down while clicking on the company names. To select all companies, just leave the companies unselected.
OR
In the Region (Multiple) box, select the region. To select more than one region, hold the CTRL key down while clicking on the region names. To select all regions, just leave the regions unselected.
5. In the Business Group (Multiple) box, select the business group. To select more than one business group, hold the CTRL key down while clicking on the business group names. To select all business groups, just leave the business groups unselected.
6. Click the Run button. The report opens in the selected delivery format. You can review the reports and print them.
Running Pie Chart - Claims Filed
These instructions are for running the Pie Chart - Claims Filed reports. Bar Graph - Claim Loss by Reason/Region. Bar Graph - Claim Loss by Ship Date/Company. and the Bar Graph - Claim Loss by Ship reports. The following steps are an overview of printing the reports. Not all reports will have the boxes.
1. Click the Reports group button.

5. Select the business groups or product lines (depending on the report you are running) for the report.
In the Business Group (Multiple) box, select the business group. To select more than one business group, hold the CTRL key down while clicking on the business group names. To select all business groups, just leave the business groups unselected.
OR
In the Product Lines (Multiple) box, select the product line. To select more than one product line, hold the CTRL key down while clicking on the product lines. To select all product lines, just leave the product lines unselected.
6. Click the Run button. The report opens in the selected delivery format. You can review the reports and print them.
