What is myEZClaim.com?
MyEZClaim.com serves the shipper and third party logistics community with services and claim applications for loss/damage claims and freight bill overcharge claims. Our vision is to be the clear online choice for shippers, their transportation departments and third party logistic providers by helping them lower administrative costs and reduce transaction costs. Using the Internet, companies can conduct their claim transactions electronically with greater efficiencies and lower handling and postage costs.

Why should I become a member?
Our members have full access to our site and can transact business on our range of web-enabled applications. Membership is not required to review the content pages and contact service providers in the My Services pages. Review our benefits of membership for more details about the value we offer.

What is the difference between an individual site and multiple site membership?
A multiple site membership gives authority and access to more than one user location. Each person at the site completes the registration process. Then one person in the group (company administrator) contacts Customer Service to identify the members of the group by login ID. This person will also setup the security levels for those persons in the group.

How do I change information in my online profile?
Your site administrator can amend your profile at any time. Your company controls access to all the functionalities in the application.

Do I need a contract with TranSolutions to use the claim applications?
Yes, the membership process is a contractual agreement between your company and TranSolutions. Our membership process is fast and easy and will allow you to begin entering claims immediately.

Can anyone be a member of myEZClaim.com?
Enrollment is open to all shippers and 3PL's that process freight claims.

Can I use myEZClaim.com now?
The web site is open to the shipper and third party logistics community. The loss and damage and freight bill overcharge applications have been available since July 2002.

Will you be expanding your service offerings and application offerings?
TranSolutions will continue to introduce shipper-related information and applications to meet the evolving needs of our customers, whether they are a shipper or third Party logistics provider. Input from shippers and 3PL's have driven enhancements on our new versions of the software product, EZ-Claims 2000 and your input will drive the enhancements in myEZClaim.com. How do payment and billing work?
The annual fee for your company is based on the number of user sites and users. Once this information has been provided, our Contract Administrator will develop a Pricing Proposal for review and discussion with your company. While the user site fee is negotiable based on the number of user sites, the per user fee is set at $95 per year/user.

My company is in Canada. Can I enroll in myEZClaim.com?
TranSolutions does accept Canadian enrollment. All annual fees are in US dollars.

What are TranSolution's payment terms?
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express credit cards for annual membership fees. We can also invoice your company based on your Purchase Order. The payment terms are net, 30 days.

How do I get started once I sign up for membership?
Once you have enrolled and have been notified via email that your account has been accepted, hit Go. You must accept the Membership Agreement the first time you log in before you continue.

Next, you will see your Account Summary, which is a summary of your membership information. Click on "File Freight claims" and follow the instructions.

The myEZClaim.com terms of use rules outline all of the responsibilities and obligations you and your company have if you register to join myEZClaim.com freight claim applications. All of the obligations are there to help create a secure, trusted environment for you to conduct business.

By joining myEZClaim.com, am I committing my company or just myself?
If your company has already joined myEZClaim.com, you are simply committing yourself underneath your company's umbrella commitment.

If you are the first person within your company to sign up for the myEZClaim.com freight claim applications, you are legally committing both yourself and your company to complete any transactions you undertake with the site.

If you do not take any action in the applications, you have no obligations. When you do transact in the freight claim applications, however, both you and your company will be responsible for fulfilling your obligations under membership agreement.
